ONLINE SESSIONS

 

Please Read Carefully (All Registrants):

• Limited spaces - 24 participants per session. Numbers are kept low to facilitate an optimal learning environment. 

• ​Cancellations - If you cannot attend, please let us know (diane.hua@sunnybrook.ca) so a spot can open up for someone else.

• Registrations are open until sessions reach capacity or until noon the day before. 

• Registrants will receive an email the day before the session with information and links to join online. 

• Please check the date/time zone on the registration page as these differ by date. 

• Technical Requirements: Workshop takes place online using Microsoft Teams (please register an account with Microsoft and download the Microsoft Teams App.

Accreditation:

• This Group Learning program has been certified by the Canadian College of Family Physicians for up to 6 Mainpro+ certified credits for the 2-hour presentation, including a practice reflection exercise to be completed 3 months (12 weeks) after the session. 

• Certificates are emailed upon completion.

• Participants who do not complete the practice reflection exercise may claim uncertified credits and do not require a certificate from us.  No partial credits are awarded for certified credits.
